Construction Scheduling - Our experienced team uses the most advanced project scheduling technology and resources to create accurate, comprehensive timelines. We use them to drive the document development process, with (for example) material purchasing and approval dates.

Project closeout, commissioning and warranty management are built into our CPM scheduling.

Field Experience - Unlike many other general contractors, we actually perform much of the work – typically 30%. Our first-hand knowledge of construction methods and materials enables us to provide you with valuable cost-savings suggestions.

Foundation
Isolated column footing with plinth beam. Pre Construction Anti-Termite Soil Treatment (As per structural engineer design)
Super Stucture
RCC framed structure with 9" brick walls for exterior, 4.5" partitions including plastering.
Flooring
Marble flooring for all the areas, for steps also.
Kitchen
Black granite top, Stainless Steel Sink, Glazed tiles dadoing upto 2"0" height above work top.
Toilet
Group I Color sanitary fitting and metr CP fitting provision for Geysar, glazed tiles dadoing up to 7" height water and drainage lines by PVC pipes.
Electricals
Thee phase Electricity supply, Telephone and T.V. Points ample light, fan and power points.
Joineries
Main door frame & shutters fully 1st quality teakood. All other internal doors with country wood frames & skindoors, FRP door for toilets.
Painting
Asian exterior emulsion paiting for the outer walls, cement paint for the inner walls with one coat of primer. Enamel paint for the joineries and melamine vernishing for the main door.
General
  • Each room will have one loft and Cuddappah self.
  • Safety grill gate for the main entrance.
  • Building elevation as photo copy designed by leading architech, Bore well and UG sump septic tank will be provided.

  1. Booking Advance - 10%
  2. Land Cost - 35%
  3. Basement - 10%
  4. Ground Floor Roof Level - 15%
  5. First Floor Roof Level - 15%
  6. Internal Plastering Plumbing/Electrical - 10%
  7. On Completion before handing over - 5%
